Governance
Intelligence you can defend.
AI makes intelligence fast. Governance makes it usable. Every OneMind Strata report, Read and model output is built from sourced and dated evidence, produced under a locked method, and reviewed by a named analyst before it reaches you. This is how we govern intelligence, and how that compares with the two ways most teams get it today.
Three ways to get intelligence
Traditional consulting, general AI chat, and governed AI-native intelligence.
Consulting research is careful but slow and costly. General AI chat is instant but unsourced and unaccountable. OneMind Strata pairs AI speed with human governance, so you get both.
| Dimension | Traditional consulting intelligenceAnalyst teams | General AI chatPublic assistants | OneMind StrataAI-native, human-governed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speed | Weeks per deliverable. | Seconds per answer. | 48 hours for a full report or a Strategic Read. |
| Cost | Five to six figures, usually inside a larger engagement. | Low subscription cost. | Fixed price: $499 per report, $299 per Strategic Read. |
| Sources | Cited, though often from proprietary or dated material. | Rarely cited; sources can be invented. | Public sources and your own data, every figure sourced and dated, with a source pack on request. |
| Accuracy controls | Partner review, varies by team. | None; answers can be confidently wrong. | Locked method per model, cross-checked evidence and a named analyst sign-off. |
| Accountability | The firm stands behind the work. | No one is accountable for the answer. | A named reviewer on every deliverable, with a revision included. |
| Reproducibility | Hard to rerun; depends on who did the work. | Different answer each time you ask. | Versioned methods, so results can be rerun and compared. |
| Freshness | Point in time; stale between engagements. | Limited by training data and browsing. | Dated evidence, with refresh dates on the record. |
| Confidentiality | Strong, under engagement terms. | Prompts may be retained or used for training. | Your brief is used for your order only and never for training. |
| What you keep | A deck; the capability stays with the firm. | A chat transcript. | A decision-ready document, and the option to run the models inside your own environment. |
How we govern intelligence
Six principles behind every deliverable.
The principles are the same whether you order a two-page Strategic Read, a full report or a model engagement. They are written into each model's operating procedure, not added at the end.
Sourced and dated
Every figure links to where it came from and when. If a claim cannot be traced, it does not ship.
Human accountable
A named analyst reviews and signs off each deliverable. AI drafts and reconciles; people decide what is true.
Locked methods
Each model runs under a versioned method, so a result can be reproduced and compared over time.
Public and client-provided data
Research draws on public sources and on internal data you choose to share. Every input is labeled by origin, and we do not use leaked or improperly obtained data.
Your data stays yours
Briefs and files you share are used for your order only, are not used to train models and are not shared.
Limits stated
Confidence, gaps and open questions are written into the deliverable, and every order includes a revision.
Governance in practice
From question to delivered intelligence.
Each deliverable passes through the same six steps. Nothing reaches you without the last two.
- QuestionYour decision and subject are written down before work starts.
- EvidencePublic sources and any data you provide are gathered, dated and logged.
- ModelThe right model runs under its locked, versioned method.
- ReconcileConflicting signals are surfaced, not averaged away.
- Human reviewA named analyst checks claims, sources and limits.
- DeliverYou receive the document with sources, confidence and a refresh date.
See it for yourself
Judge the governance by the work.
Every sample shows its sources, method and limits. Open one, or order your own.
- Every figure sourced and dated
- Named analyst review
- Your brief never used for training
